📜 Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: January 2026

This Enrollment & Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all services provided by The School of Driving™ (“School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting any payment, scheduling services, or participating in instruction, the

enrolling student and/or parent or legal guardian (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) confirms that they have read,

understood, and agreed to all terms below.

1. Safety, Liability & GPS Monitoring

All training vehicles are commercially insured and equipped with instructor safety brakes. Vehicles may utilize GPS

tracking, dash cameras, audio recording, and telematics systems for safety verification, service validation,

instructional quality, and dispute resolution. Enrollment and participation constitute consent to such monitoring and

data usage.

2. Payments, Authorization & Chargeback Policy

Payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized payment processors. Administrative, processing, and

scheduling fees may apply and are non-refundable.

Phone Payments: Any payment made over the phone constitutes explicit verbal authorization and legally binding

acceptance of this Agreement. The student and/or guardian acknowledges that this Agreement has been made

available through The School of Driving™ student portal prior to payment and that they had the opportunity to

review it.

No Chargebacks: By submitting payment, the student and/or guardian agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment

reversals, or disputes for services rendered, scheduled, reserved, or administratively processed. The School may

submit GPS records, scheduling logs, instructor reports, call recordings, and portal access records as evidence in

any dispute.

3. DPS Road Tests, Appointments & Third-Party Services

DPS Road tests are conducted with the DPS. “Free” marketing is for the services of booking a road test appointment with the DPS. DPS appointment scheduling assistance may be provided as part of services rendered. Once a DPS appointment

has been scheduled, reserved, or attempted on the student’s behalf, all associated fees are strictly

non-refundable, regardless of attendance, rescheduling, cancellation, or outcome. DPS availability and licensing

decisions are governed by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

4. Refund Policy

The School of Driving™ reserves the right to retain up to fifty percent (50%) of all payments made. Any remaining

eligible refund, if approved, will be calculated on a prorated basis for unused instructional time only. Completed

lessons, administrative work, DPS-related services, and third-party costs are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as illness, severe weather, or other emergencies may occasionally affect scheduled driving lessons. In the rare event that a lesson must be missed due to circumstances on our end, we maintain a reliability guarantee. If up to two lessons are missed for such reasons, students remain eligible for a 50% refund upon request. However, if a third lesson is missed by our service, we guarantee a 100% refund of the affected service. Our goal is to ensure reliable scheduling and provide students with the highest level of service and accountability.

5. Governing Law & Enforceability

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Acceptance of services, participation in instruction,

or submission of payment constitutes full acceptance and enforceability of all terms contained herein.
